Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts, except where required by applicable law or where Digisi Rwanda Limited agrees otherwise for a verified billing or service problem.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not, by itself, create a refund for the current billing period.
Billing or service problems
If you believe a charge is incorrect or you experienced a verified billing or service problem, contact us so the matter can be reviewed. Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.
